If your maintenance issue is urgent and outside of our office hours, our out of hours team can arrange an emergency call out. If your repair does not fall into the emergency call out category you will be responsible for any costs associated with the repair, which we may collect from your deposit. Many of our suppliers are closed outside of office hours and sometimes obtaining spare parts is not always possible. A quick resolution may not always be possible.
